We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. Your ability to provide exceptional guest services and maintain a positive atmosphere will be key to our restaurant's success. Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide menus and inform guests of specials or promotions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive dining experience.




- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for managing reservations and processing orders when necessary.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with food service operations is advantageous.
- Experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment is a plus.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations professionally.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
