Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine warmth as they arrive, creating a positive first impression
- Manage waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times and optimize seating flow
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about specials or restaurant features
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area to uphold a professional appearance
- Handle guest inquiries courteously,
addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally
