As a Housekeeping Manager, you will coordinate cleaning operations, manage custodial staff, and implement quality standards that uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinate with team members to schedule cleaning tasks using hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment
- Train custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, including hand tools and power tools, ensuring availability and proper storage
- Oversee facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or coordinating with external contractors for larger issues




- Foster excellent customer service by addressing staff or visitor concerns promptly and professionally

Skills

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning environments with an understanding of quality standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple areas
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment
- Outstanding communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with vendors, and interact with staff or visitors
