You won't be flying solo; our staff works in supportive teams to tackle homes, offices, and commercial spaces efficiently and thoroughly. What You’ll Do

- Work as part of a cleaning team to perform routine, deep, and turnover cleanings for homes and local businesses.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and refresh kitchens, restrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Safely utilize and maintain our designated non-toxic cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with your team partner and clients to ensure quality and address specific requests.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is an asset, but a solid work ethic and keen eye for detail matter most.
- A positive, team-first attitude and reliable communication.
- Physical stamina to stay active, bend, lift, and stand comfortably throughout shifts.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to job sites around Guelph.

Pay: $18.25-$22.50 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
