Pay Rate: $38 per hour
- Location: Montreal, QC
- Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS initiatives by partnering with HR and non-HR business units.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, end-users, and project teams.
- Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Evaluate and establish HRIS project priorities based on business impact.
- Continuously refine the target operating model between HR and HR IT.
- Provide advanced technical support to HR professionals and end-users.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HRIS data discrepancies.
- Execute the HRIS control framework to ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with IT to manage the development backlog.
- Oversee the administration of specialized HR Java-based applications.
- Ensure data accuracy by designing and executing complex queries.
- Develop and utilize advanced queries and reports for business inquiries.
- Support system configuration changes and large-scale employee record updates.
- Manage complex data uploads and perform reconciliations between systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience.
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and software lifecycle testing skills.
- Experience with HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft HCM preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting Peoplesoft Queries.
- Outstanding operational and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
- Client-oriented with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Knowledge of the banking industry.
- Analytical and project management skills.
