You will shape people practices, manage labour relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training while upholding the Collective Agreement and safety standards. You will oversee WorkSafeBC administration, incident management, and risk mitigation, building a robust safety culture with executives and managers.
Leadership scope includes policy development and workforce planning.
