Your mission Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the management team and employees, helping to build a strong, engaging,



and caring organizational culture. As HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of human resources decisions and will actively participate in the management committee.

Your role will be to evolve HR practices, support managers, attract top talent, and help build an environment where employees can thrive and perform. You will also have the opportunity to use your creativity and vision to develop innovative strategies for attracting top talent and promoting the company as an employer of choice. More specifically, you will:

- Advise and support managers on various human resources issues;
- Actively participate in the management committee and contribute to the company’s strategic decisions;
- Develop and evolve a strong, engaging organizational culture consistent with the company’s values;
- Deploy creative and effective strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent;
- Be responsible for developing and promoting the employer brand;
- Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of HR practices, policies, and processes;
- Be responsible for occupational health and safety, oversee compliance of practices and ensure adherence to CNESST requirements;




- Support employees and managers in their development and professional journey;
- Foster a healthy, respectful work environment grounded in care and consideration;
- Be responsible for organizing and facilitating the HR committee, as well as following up on resulting actions;
- Participate in labour relations management and the resolution of complex situations;
- Contribute to various projects aimed at improving the employee experience and organizational performance. Your profile - Hold a university degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or a related field;
- Have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role;
- Have a good understanding of human resources and occupational health and safety practices;
- Fluent in French with advanced English, both spoken and written;
- Have a strong interest in teamwork;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships;
- Show structure, rigour, and organizational skills;
- Be a visionary, able to look beyond current practices and actively contribute to the organization’s evolution;
- Show creativity and initiative, particularly in talent attraction and recruitment strategies;
- Be recognized for professionalism, sound judgment, and kindness;
