You will support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee transitions to maintain an inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and communicate HR and Health & Safety policies
- Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and respect
- Track and investigate workplace injuries and WSIB claims
- Maintain compliance with OHSA and applicable legislation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee transitions Requirements:
- Experience in Human Resources and Health & Safety
