The Coordinator will report to the VP of Human Resources and assist the HR team in various tasks including employee relations and payroll management.

You'll coordinate recruitment efforts for full-time and casual positions, partner with operations for staffing recent store openings, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and training documentation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HRIS updates
- Track HR metrics related to recruitment and terminations
- Collaborate with business leaders on HR-related solutions Requirements:
