You will be instrumental throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance evaluations.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively
- Facilitate enthusiastic onboarding for new hires
- Ensure accurate HRIS information on employee changes
- Collaborate within the Joint Health & Safety Committee
- Assist with employee disability and leave management Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR or related field
- Minimum three years of HR experience
- CHRP designation or in progress preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
