Responsibilities
Apply your knowledge of core HR principles, policies, and procedures in day‑to‑day tasks
Coordinate and schedule internal promotion interviews
Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding experience to welcome new hires
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and tracking tools with accuracy
Prepare HR‑related reports and documentation
Manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tickets
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, master's degree, or post‑graduate certificate in human resources, or a related field
Skilled in handling confidential records, maintaining databases, and tracking deadlines
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
