No experience with our systems? No problem. If you know your way around a furnace, AC unit, or heat pump, we'll get you up to speed on our processes fast.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC/water heating systems in residential homes
- Perform accurate, efficient troubleshooting using your diagnostic skills and tools
- Complete maintenance visits, tune-ups, and safety inspections
- Identify additional service, repair, and replacement opportunities for customers and communicate them clearly (no pressure — just honest recommendations)
- Provide friendly, professional, five-star customer experiences on every call
- Keep clean, accurate job documentation via our dispatch/CRM system
- Represent Empower with pride — you're often the only face of our company a customer ever meets

What You Bring




- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC diagnostic and repair experience (residential preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems
- Valid G driver's license and a clean driving record
- Gas technician certification (G2 or G3) — refrigerant handling ticket (ODP/OZE) an asset
- Comfortable using a tablet/CRM for job documentation
- A genuine customer-first attitude — you treat every home like it's your own
- Physically able to perform the demands of HVAC service work (crawlspaces, attics, ladders, lifting equipment)
