Role: we are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining residential HVAC systems, including furnaces and air conditioners (boilers is a plus). Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and explain repair options to homeowners.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Work with our software for dispatching and scheduling (Service Titan)
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
HVAC certification and licensing
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
