Your role will facilitate effective internal controls and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable across various brands
- Review invoices accurately and process payments
- Coordinate payments via EFT, ACH, and checks
- Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end audit requirements
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Robust expertise in invoice processing and vendor relationships
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
