Step into an impactful role as an Identity and Access Management Business Analyst with Allianz, managing secure user access in a hybrid work model. Reporting to the Head of IAM, you will use your 3-5 years of business analysis experience to manage role-based access and recertification processes across business units.

Your work will shape global IAM strategies and provide essential support for user access management. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct access management aligned with IAM model
- Develop and maintain Business Role Taxonomy
- Collaborate on periodic access reviews and updates
- Oversee Joiner/Mover/Leaver process execution
- Partner on creating entitlements and business roles Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or business
- Proven experience in IAM and access controls
- Solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with JIRA and process modeling tools
