About the Role

D2V Immigration Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing immigration files from initial documentation through application preparation and submission, while ensuring accuracy, timely follow-ups, and compliance with current immigration requirements.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Manage and monitor assigned immigration case files from initiation through submission and follow-up.
- ⁠ ⁠Review client information and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- ⁠ ⁠Prepare immigration applications, forms, document checklists, submission packages, and supporting documentation.
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct case-specific research on immigration programs, policies, eligibility requirements, and procedural updates.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and organized electronic case records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
- ⁠ ⁠Communicate with clients regarding document requirements, pending information, application progress, deadlines, and next steps.
- ⁠ ⁠Follow up with clients regularly to ensure required documents and information are received within established timelines.
- ⁠ ⁠Identify potential concerns, inconsistencies, or missing information in client files and escalate complex matters when required.
- ⁠ ⁠Assist with preparing supporting letters, explanations, client correspondence, and other case-related documentation.
- ⁠ ⁠Track application deadlines, permit expiries, submission dates, and other important case milestones.




- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate effectively with immigration consultants, internal team members, employers, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal and immigration information with professionalism and discretion.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay informed about changes to Canadian immigration programs, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the immigration process.

Qualifications & Skills

- ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration case management, immigration consulting, or a closely related role is preferred.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Canadian immigration documentation and application processes.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience managing multiple client files and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and client-service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- ⁠ ⁠Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or missing information in documentation.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong organizational, time-management, research, and problem-solving skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- ⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with changing priorities.
- ⁠ ⁠High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF/document management tools, and online case-management systems is an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
