Skills

- Proven experience in sales or business development within the immigration or legal sectors
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce turnaround times
- Knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and documentation requirements is highly desirable
