Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implant Trainee to join our dynamic healthcare training program. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in dental implant procedures, technical support, and computer networking systems. As an Implant Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals, assisting with various implant-related tasks, and supporting the integration of advanced technology in dental practices.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and sterilization of dental implant equipment and tools
- Support the clinical team during implant procedures by managing supplies and documentation
- Learn to troubleshoot software issues related to dental imaging and implant planning tools
- Provide technical support for operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux used in dental clinics
- Help maintain network security protocols, including VPN access and firewall configurations
- Support the setup and maintenance of computer hardware, LAN connections, and peripheral devices
- Use ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy platforms to log incidents, track tasks,
and manage service requests
- Participate in training sessions on operating systems, software troubleshooting, and cybersecurity best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Experience
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN (Local Area Network) setup and management
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Prior experience or coursework related to IT support or help desk roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques for common hardware or system issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Enthusiasm for learning about digital tools used in dental implant procedures and healthcare technology
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
