Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, dependable Independent Commercial Cleaning Contractor to deliver exceptional cleaning services with one of our commercial facility. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep. As a contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring that commercial spaces are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming setting for clients and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including cleaning, sanitizing bathrooms, sinks, toilets, mirrors, offices, lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance.
- Vacuuming all carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping all hard floors
- Empty trash in all rooms and recycling
- Cleaning and straighten common and work space areas
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance.




- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any facility issues or damages that require further maintenance or repair.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training can be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures related to facilities maintenance.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to multiple client sites.
