Squamish Nation seeks a Wellness Coordinator/Social Worker to support mental health and wellbeing of Squamish Nation members, delivering outreach, counselling, advocacy, and care coordination within the Yúustway Health & Wellness team.
Reporting to the Manager of Kal'númet Primary Care, the role requires a registered clinician experienced in culturally protected practice, with the ability to collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to navigate complex systems.
