A global machine manufacturer is looking for a Licensed Millwright. This position is a direct hired and permanent position with great benefits. The company values their working culture (working as a team) and creating positive impacts on the industry.

We are expecting a new project with Toyota next year, and we will need to hire a Licensed Millwright because the project is coming soon and we do not have the time to train anyone. That is being said, this position is Mid to Senior level only.

We are currently looking for someone who already has the Millwright license / Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A. The ideal candidate is someone who has a minimum of 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience or troubleshooting mechanical components/ machines. Also, it is required that you have a couple years of assembly experience.

Responsibilities for Millwright

- Maintain coordinated effort and communication to ensure mill runs efficiently
- Supervise a group of mechanics and their daily tasks to make sure that projects run smoothly
- Meet productivity goals in a safe and consistent manner
- Recommend new operating procedures within the mechanical area, or in conjunction with the Mechanical Assembly shop




- Operating various machinery, such as hoisting and lifting devices, as needed
- Ensure all mechanical inventory parts are recorded in inventory
- Cleaning, lubricating, and performing other routine maintenance work on machinery
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematic drawings
- Other duties assigned by managers Qualifications for Millwright:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Millwright in the automation machinery environment
- Possesses Millwright license / Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A
- Able to operate, assemble, repair and adjust equipment
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
- Experience with doing lineups on machinery
- Self-motivated able to work on different types of machinery
- This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
