Location: 401 GEORGIA ST W:VANCOUVER - The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing access requests submitted through the firm’s ticketing systems.

- The candidate will be responsible for validating the completeness and accuracy of requests prior to processing.
- The candidate will be responsible for triaging requests to appropriate approval groups, including line managers, role stewards, application or book owners, and compliance and risk teams as required.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all required approvals are properly documented before fulfilment activities proceed.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assigning fulfillment tasks to designated contacts across systems and platforms including AACG, RTB, Front Office, or Vendor.
- The candidate will be responsible for tracking requests through completion using ticketing systems, email, and complementary workflow systems such as ALFRESCO and ServiceNow.
- The candidate will be responsible for liaising with requesters and end users to confirm successful access provisioning prior to ticket closure.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails within the ticketing system. Job Requirements - The candidate should have solid knowledge of information security principles and risk assessment methodologies, along with security architecture.
- The candidate must be fully conversant with MS suite of applications, including Word and Excel.




- The candidate must demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills, and the ability to determine the information and communication needs of stakeholders and projects.
- The candidate must perform all activities under the firm’s IT Risk governance framework and standing orders.
- The candidate must support daily reconciliation processes that identify access provisioned without proper approvals and access provisioned without associated tickets.
- The candidate must understand and adhere to policy requirements governing access management.
- The candidate will be required to work effectively within strict risk and compliance frameworks.
- The candidate must have experience with ticketing systems, which is preferred.
- The candidate must have a foundational understanding of access management or IT operations, which is considered an asset.
