Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Java application development
- Proven experience leading development teams
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL databases
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes,
and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, Cards, or Payments domain
- Strong understanding of design patterns and system architecture
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, development, code reviews, and technical delivery of enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
