The Technical Lead Treasury will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for automated payment monitoring and alerting, leading remediation builds, and strengthening data and access governance. The role requires hands-on technical leadership and collaboration with developers and vendor contractors to deliver control remediations across various platforms. The candidate will also support monitoring and anomaly detection, enable MFA and banking-partner controls, and ensure operational stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of technical delivery experience, including a technical lead or senior developer role on finance, treasury, or payments platforms.
- Hands-on experience with payment or treasury platforms such as Kyriba, Bottomline WebSeries, and bank connectivity/portals.
- Robust experience with data feeds, ETL (IDMC, Informatica PowerCenter), data repositories, and integrations (APIs, SFTP/file-based).
- Understanding of encryption at rest/in transit, MFA, user-access governance (SSO/SAM), and segregation of duties.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AI-enabled automation.
- Experience with cyber/security remediation or fraud/anomaly-detection tooling.
- Proven ability to lead developers and vendor resources, review designs and code, and drive delivery in an Agile environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the technical solution design for automated payment monitoring and alerting.
- Lead remediation build and delivery, providing hands-on technical leadership.
- Strengthen data and access governance by designing solutions for encryption and access management.
- Support monitoring and anomaly detection by defining technical designs and establishing alerting capabilities.
- Enable MFA and banking-partner controls, and ensure remediation is deployed with minimal disruption.
