Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative specializing in Heavy Duty Parts to join our team. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their heavy-duty parts needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Process sales orders accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems while ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product catalogues, pricing structures, and promotional marketing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling procedures with integrity.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely restocking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking sales data, inventory levels, and customer information to support organizational efficiency.
- Apply negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients while maintaining positive relationships.




- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting new products or services to existing customers and identifying potential leads.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to create an inviting environment for customers.
- Support maintenance of Customer Management Systems (CMMS) for accurate record keeping of customer interactions and sales history.

Qualifications

- Proven dealership experience or retail sales background in heavy-duty truck parts or automotive repair is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS software, and Microsoft Excel is essential for daily operations.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts catalogues, and order fulfillment procedures is beneficial.
- Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and phone etiquette ensures professional interactions with customers.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset will contribute to success in this role.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate pricing calculations and inventory management.
