The Interior

Designer is a full-time role involving collaboration with the Interior Design Project Lead to develop projects from concept through construction, styling, and décor. Degree in Interior Design ~2-3 years of experience in interior design and drawing production ~ Experience with luxury homes and multi-unit residential buildings preferred; other building types are a plus ~ Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office;





experience with Enscape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino is an asset ~ Knowledge of current design trends and resources ~ Well-organized, problem-solving skills, discerning eye for design ~ Good verbal and written communication skills in English Sketch and develop design concepts Manage client files and Revit models Prepare design, tender, and permit drawings, specifications, and material schedules Conduct product sourcing and furniture/millwork design Create illustrations, renderings, and presentations for clients Assist with FF&E; budgets, schedules, procurement, and site activities Support construction administration and site reviews Contribute to social media strategies, content creation, and scheduling Comprehensive experience across architecture, interior design, and construction Work with top trades, materials, and affluent clients nationally and internationally New office location near Trinity Bellwoods Park with accessible amenities Regular social events, market-competitive salary, health benefits, summer hours, and paid holiday break
