Title: Intermediate Project Manager (Emerging Payments - Cloud Migration)

Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Duration: 24+ Months We are seeking an experienced professional to support strategic initiatives within the Emerging Payments portfolio. The primary focus of this role will be managing software delivery and AWS cloud migration projects in a dynamic, quick-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technology project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive initiatives from planning through execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 years of Project Management experience leading technology projects.
- Proven experience delivering software and application-focused projects.
- Experience managing cloud migration or technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior work experience in the banking, financial services, or payments industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- AWS cloud migration experience.
- Exposure to payments modernization programs.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall,



or hybrid delivery environments.
- Familiarity with digital payments or transaction-processing environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and software development projects within the Emerging Payments portfolio.
- Manage AWS cloud migration initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive project milestones and ensure delivery objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and key decisions effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support technology modernization and transformation initiatives across the portfolio.
