Vancouver

1 — ABOUT SUPERFLUX

Superflux’s purpose is to “Bring Happyness & Do Cool Sh!t”, via “F*$king Awesome Food & Beverage Experiences”. Every one of those experiences depends on the right beer being in the right place — counted, built, and moved— before anyone else can do their job. That is this seat.

2 — ABOUT THE ROLE The Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator owns the finished goods from the moment Packaging hands them over until they leave 505 Clark Drive: the counts, the cooler, the outbound orders, and the runs to Container World and the LDB. The seat works alongside the Order Desk and is the person on the floor who makes the Order Desk’s work possible. It also drives the truck and, when Production is asked to support an off-site event, helps deliver it.

The seat reports to the Production & Brewery Operations Leader.

The ideal candidate is organised to the point of stubbornness, comfortable with a forklift and an inventory system in the same hour, and takes real pride in a count that reconciles, a pallet built right, and a cooler that someone else could walk into and understand.

3 — HOW WE WORK: OUR CORE VALUES

We hire on these four values, we review on them, and we part ways over them. They are not decoration — your reviews are scored against them.

VALUE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN THIS SEAT

Committed: Bring your best. Monday and Friday counts happen on Monday and Friday, and they reconcile before you leave. Orders are built and slipped the same day they’re released, without being chased .

Collaborative: Make the team better. You ask the Order Desk what’s coming before it lands. You flag a short pick or a discrepancy the moment you see it rather than letting it surface at invoicing. Every teammate, every driver at the dock, gets the same respect.

Humble: Stay teachable. You say “I don’t know” and “I was wrong” out loud. When a count doesn’t match, you investigate rather than ad just. No job in this building is beneath you.

Proud: Care like it’s your name’s on the door. Or the can. You sweat the pallet that leaves the dock. The cooler is organized, the load is secure, the truck is clean, and nothing goes out that you would not want to receive.

4 — R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

INVENTORY & FULFILLMENT ( C O R E )

- Conduct the Monday and Friday physical inventory counts at 505 and reconcile them against the system. Investigate every variance with the Order Desk and record what caused it — damaged goods, a packaging figure entered wrong, product taken for samples.
- Build nearly all outbound orders: pick, palletise, print transfer slips, and confirm accuracy before anything leaves the building.
- Receive finished goods from Packaging. Packaging stages finished pallets in the brewery; this seat enters them into the inventory system and moves them into the cooler the same day. On a truck-run day, Packaging moves them to the cooler and this seat counts and enters them on return.
- Cover the Order Desk on its scheduled day each week and on sick and vacation days.

COOLER & STORAGE

- Run the 505 cooler to the slot map: rapid movers, taproom stock and the week’s orders stay on site; everything else moves to Container World. Keep the map current and the cooler organised so anyone can find product.
- Keep the cooler as full as the plan allows. Every pallet held at 505 is a pallet not paying storage at Container World.
- Maintain an accurate picture of what is at 505 and what is at Container World, and keep the two in step with the Order Desk.

FREIGHT
- Drive the company truck for pallet moves to Container World and the LDB on the batched cadence set by the Inventory & Fulfillment Leader — every scheduled trip is a drop and a pick. Single-purpose runs for Production or Hospitality happen only as directed.
- Coordinate third-party carriers (Diamond, CLI) when volume or timing exceeds what the truck can cover, and be present for their pick-ups.
- Complete pre-trip checks, keep the truck clean and maintained, and report issues promptly.

PRODUCTION, EVENTS & TEAM SUPPORT
- Support Production and Packaging as the business needs — keg cleaning, relabelling, product destruction, sensory.
- Support off-site events as assigned: equipment and beer drops and pick-ups, and working the event where needed. Serving It Right is required for this reason.
- Other duties as assigned, including supply runs and facility upkeep. These are secondary to the core work above and are scheduled around it, not ahead of it.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.

5 — WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
