Sc. in finances or another pertinent area - Excellent academic results - Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience - CFA charterholder is an asset - Skilled experience or interest in the information technology, financial services, healthcare, or energy industries is an asset - Experience in other industries is also considered - Passion for investing and interest in financial markets - Strong curiosity and desire to learn - Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and independent mindset; able to work with minimal supervision - Excellent research skills and resourcefulness in acquiring information - High level of judgment and ability to critically and independently analyze large amounts of information - Strong work ethic, discipline,
