Infosys // Cisco is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional project delivery, manage Agile ceremonies, and drive execution across complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience managing enterprise-level programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

- Coordinate with business, engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams

- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets,



and project governance standards

- Communicate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

- Support team productivity and remove impediments

- Manage documentation, reporting, and project dashboards

Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of IT Project Management / Scrum Master experience

- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC practices

- Experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities

- Experience in a global delivery model

- Prior Cisco experience preferred (not mandatory)
