Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a IT - Solutions Developer V for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.

Requirements:

- Scope of Project: client mobile application

- Team Size/Culture: 2-3 people per pod

- Selling Points of Position (CVP): Lots of prospect to network and grow within the bank, the mobile application has a very high usage, lots of new initiatives

- Degree/Level of Education: University or College degree/diploma is an asset

- Years of Overall Experience: 10+ years of experience (flexible with 8+ years)

- How will performance be measured: deliverable and timelines, quality of work, proactive on helping junior team members

- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – internal and external

- 2-week sprints, ceremony meetings, action tickets assigned to them on time, attend other meetings/discussions

- 10+ years of experience with Swift programming language, with a good understanding of Objective-C.

- 2+ years of hands on expertise in SwiftUI with a focus on adaptive UI design and reusable components





- 2+ years of hands on experience in Swift Concurrency (Async/Await, minimum 2 years)

- Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive unit tests using XCTest, Swift Testing, and Snapshot tests, ensuring high code reliability and test coverage (minimum 80%)

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong documentation skills

- Experience mentoring or leading team members

- Detail oriented

- Experience of ApplePay and Wallet (PassKit).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and workflows, with a focus on automating testing, builds, and deployments.

- Scripting skills using Ruby, Python, yaml and Bash for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing development workflows

- Banking or financial institution experience
