- Develop targeted search strategies to quickly identify and present qualified candidates

- Leverage professional networks, technology communities, and specialized platforms to reach passive candidates and access scarce expertise

- Conduct headhunting and direct outreach activities for specialized technology profiles

- Build, maintain, and expand a qualified talent network to anticipate future needs

- Assess candidates’ skills, achievements, and fit for client engagements

- Present high-quality candidates to hiring managers, along with recommendations and relevant market insights

- Collaborate with managers, practice directors, and business partners to align client needs with talent attraction strategies

- Represent Alithya within professional communities and contribute to the continuous improvement of talent attraction practices, tools, and strategies

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in headhunting or specialized recruitment within the information technology sector

- Experience in a consulting services, consultant placement, or specialized recruitment environment

- Demonstrated experience recruiting passive candidates and using advanced sourcing strategies

- Established business network within the IT sector, ideally in financial services and insurance





- Excellent understanding of consultant recruitment challenges and technology market dynamics

- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent sourcing tools

- Proven ability to influence and advise managers and business leaders

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously

- French: Fluent

- English: Fluent; required for daily communication with employees and managers outside Québec
