- Follow daily janitorial work routines
- Move furniture and complete minor renovations
- Ensure cleanliness of assigned work areas
- Wash walls, air vents, and windows
- Report health and safety hazards promptly Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three years of maintenance experience in an institutional environment
- Effective communication skills in English
- Experience in floor care and equipment operation
