Farrah Fine Jewellers is seeking an experienced Jewellery Service Specialist to join our team in a full time position with the opportunity to grow into our Service Manager role.

This position is ideal for someone with jewellery service and repair experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with our management team and experienced goldsmiths to learn our service standards, repair procedures, pricing, quality control and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with jewellery repair and service consultations
- Complete detailed repair intake and provide estimates
- Coordinate repairs between clients, sales associates and goldsmiths
- Monitor repair timelines and communicate updates to clients
- Perform quality control on completed repairs
- Maintain accurate repair records
- Assist with warranty and after sales service
- Gradually take responsibility for the organization and operation of the service department





Qualifications
- Previous experience in a jewellery service or repair role is required
- Knowledge of jewellery construction, repair terminology, metals and gemstones
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple repairs and deadlines
- Goldsmith education, certification or bench experience is an asset
- Management experience is an asset but not required

This position is designed for someone looking to build a long term career with Farrah Fine Jewellers. Following successful training and demonstrated proficiency, there is an opportunity to progress into the Service Manager position. Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
