Job Title: Project Manager – IBM Maximo Implementation

Location: Brampton, ON - Onsite

Duration: 14 months

Pay rate: C$60 to C$67

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of IBM Maximo for a Government sector client. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing pre-packaged software implementation projects, with a robust preference for IBM Maximo implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Project Management (End-to-End Project Delivery)

- IBM Maximo Implementation Experience

- CRM Project Management

- Stakeholder & Client Management

- Project Planning, Risk & Resource Management

- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Government Sector Experience

- PMP and/or PRINCE2 Certification

- Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams (10 Members)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo implementation projects.





- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and project governance.

- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Facilitate project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.

- Ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved.

- Lead a cross-functional project team of approximately 10 members.

- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with Government project standards and organizational governance.
