Skyline Recruitment are currently supporting multiple geology hires across Ontario with opportunities available within both mineral exploration and mining consulting.
These positions would suit early to mid-career geologists looking to continue building strong technical experience across exploration, geological interpretation, core logging, data management and technical project work.
Depending on the prospect, responsibilities may include geological and geotechnical core logging, interpretation of geological and geochemical data, geological mapping and modelling, drill program support, target generation, database management, QA/QC, technical reporting and field-based exploration activities.
Candidates with approximately 2–8 years of relevant geology or mineral exploration experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in some of the following areas would be beneficial:
- Mineral exploration and drill programs
- Core logging and geological interpretation
- Precious metals and/or base metals
- Geological modelling and mapping
- Leapfrog, QGIS or similar geological software
- Geological databases and QA/QC
- Technical report preparation
A B.Sc. in Geology, Geological Sciences or a related discipline is required. P.Geo. registration or eligibility would be an asset depending on level. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
