Position Overview

We are seeking for 2 Part-Time Seasonal Kiehl's Skin Pros to deliver superior customer service, build lasting relationships, and drive sales during our busiest time of the year.

- Contract Duration: October 1 – December 31 (Part-Time)
- Location: Toronto Eaton Centre (with a willingness to support proximity stores if needed)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a best-in-class, personalized customer experience.
- Identify client skincare needs and goals to recommend appropriate products and application techniques.
- Drive sales to achieve targets by utilizing brand-selling methods, link-selling, and cross-selling.




- Maintain client relations through effective follow-ups.
- Keep the counter and store merchandising clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Commit to all scheduled holiday shifts.
- Support proximity stores as needed during peak holiday surges.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Customer service experience (retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred).
- Great communication and basic computer/analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work holiday hours, including nights and weekends.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, navigate stairs/ladders as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
- Languages: English mandatory; second language is an asset.
