We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Kitchen Design & Sales Manager to join our Sudbury showroom.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a good eye for design, and is comfortable guiding clients through the entire kitchen purchasing process — from the initial consultation to the final sale.

Responsibilities include:

- Meet with customers in the showroom and understand their needs, style, budget, and project requirements
- Help customers select kitchen cabinets, finishes, colours, countertops, and other options
- Create kitchen layouts and designs based on customer measurements and requirements
- Prepare quotes and explain pricing clearly
- Follow up with leads and existing customers by phone, email, and CRM
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Convert inquiries and showroom visits into sales
- Keep customer information, notes, and project details organized




- Coordinate with the office and production/install teams when required
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in kitchen cabinets, interior design, renovation, furniture, or sales is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and closing sales
- Good attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers at the same time
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn

Training will be provided on our products, sales process, design process, and internal systems.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full time

Pay: CA$60,000–CA$90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
