KITCHEN HELPER / DISHWASHER

Protein Chefs is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher to join our production kitchen team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and getting the job done efficiently.

THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher, you will support our chefs and kitchen team with daily meal production while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal packaging
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during daily production
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Keep dishwashing stations and sinks clean and sanitary
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and end-of-shift cleanup
- Help organize inventory and supplies
- Assist with other general kitchen duties as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset, but not required




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen
- Robust attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team

SCHEDULE & HOURS Full-Time | Permanent

Day shifts only

Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

- Monday & Friday: Start time – 7:00 AM
- Tuesday & Saturday: Start time – 6:00 AM
