You will bring five years of experience in labour relations to address grievances, participate in collective bargaining, and advise on arbitration matters. Your insights will help improve labour relations policies and practices across TDSB. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer arbitration procedures and represent at hearings
- Draft responses to grievances and mediation preparations




- Liaise with legal counsel and internal staff on grievances
- Act as spokesperson in collective bargaining sessions
- Provide in-service training to senior stakeholders Requirements:
- University degree in Industrial Relations or related field
- Five years of progressive labour relations experience
