Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labourer to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of landscaping, gardening, and site maintenance tasks to create and sustain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

- Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and general garden care to maintain healthy landscapes
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, trimming, and soil preparation
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mulching, seeding, aerating, and fertilizing
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report findings promptly

Qualifications

- Experience with construction sites or landscaping projects is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various tools and equipment effectively




- Familiarity with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, drills) used in landscaping
- Basic understanding of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and landscape design concepts
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and responsibilities
