This part time role (25-28 hours/week) involves preparing surgical rooms and reassuring patients while you assist surgeons during procedures. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be pivotal in creating a smooth operating room environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical tools and the operating room effectively
- Support and comfort patients before procedures
- Coordinate actions and team support during interventions
- Maintain precision and attention to detail
- Identify and report potential safety risks to management Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Interest in health and patient support
- Relevant experience in healthcare is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and EMR systems is a plus
