Requirements and skills
- Minimum three years of e xperiencein preventionand resolution of conflict, harassments,discriminationor violence in organizations, including conducting investigations;
- Undergraduate or graduate degree inan appropriate fieldof specialization;
- Bilingual (French and English) – written andspoken;
- Strong oral and written communicationskills;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills and attention todetail;
- Team player and collaborative; and
- Positive,openand flexible personality.
