We seek an Assistant Controller with 5-8 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting. Collaborating closely with finance leadership and teams, you will facilitate closing processes, operations, and compliance as we scale. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Maintain the general ledger in NetSuite




- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows
- Support tax filings and audits with documentation

Requirements:

- 5–8+ years in accounting, public and in-house mix
- Robust knowledge of NetSuite and month-end close
- Experience with finance tools like Ramp and ADP
- Understanding of US GAAP and accounting policies
- Detail-oriented and organized in rapid-paced settings
