Door Doctor located in Brampton is looking for a solid Lead Hand Service Technician to join our team in Brampton. We're after someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty, leading by example, and helping customers get back up and running. If you're experienced with commercial doors, loading dock equipment, and field service work, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair overhead doors, loading docks, and related equipment
- Perform on‑site welding and fabrication as required to support installation and repair work
- Complete work orders, inspection sheets, and capture site photos for documentation
- Maintain service equipment and ensure all tools are in protected, working condition
- Adhere to safety regulations and deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Coordinate and assist team members on complex installations and repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee and mentor Service Technician Apprentices, providing guidance and support

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years of lead hand,



loading docks and commercial overhead doors experience
- Proven welding experience (required)
- Clean, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
- Comfortable working at heights
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
