Our global law firm client is seeking a BD & Marketing Manager for their Toronto office to support the business development and marketing priorities of an assigned practice group.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global BD & Marketing Senior Director, you will work closely with practice leaders and colleagues across the firm to drive client-focused initiatives, support go-to-market campaigns and enhance the group’s visibility and growth. The role involves coordinating projects, creating high-quality materials, tracking business development activity, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives such as CRM, experience management, and client onboarding.

The Offer

This position offers a competitive salary of up to $130,000, along with a discretionary bonus, vacation, extended benefits, pension, professional development opportunities, a hybrid work schedule, and additional perks.

What You Bring To qualify,



candidates should have at least five years of sales or marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Robust written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with transaction practices, CRM platforms, and marketing technologies is a plus.

French language skills are considered an asset.
