The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of legal experience in a private practice or in-house role. You will support contract negotiations, manage risks, and provide legal advice related to construction and infrastructure projects. Review and negotiate complex contracts for major projects
- Provide legal support during bidding processes and project execution
- Collaborate on risk management and dispute resolution strategies
- 3 to 6 years of legal experience in relevant fields
- Licensed to practice in Ontario, Alberta, or other provinces
- Familiarity with alternative delivery contracts and risk mitigation
- Experience advising on skilled negligence and construction claims
- Leverage your legal expertise to support Arcadis in delivering sustainable solutions in Canada.
