Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support the kitchen team in meal assembly and plating to deliver visually appealing dishes
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs




- Ensure timely delivery of orders while upholding quality standards during busy service hours

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with restaurant operations or the food industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to follow detailed instructions accurately
