Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
- Assist in plating and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of workstations




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences for guests

Requirements

- Prior food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in meal preparation
- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
