Responsibilities

- Offer comprehensive personal care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Engage in meaningful activities that stimulate mental and emotional well-being, including educational exercises and recreational outings.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Monitor health conditions and assist with medication management under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare providers, and support teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Document daily activities, health updates,



and any incidents accurately to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications

- 2 years or more experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities to tailor care approaches effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a live-in setting while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
- Valid certifications in caregiving or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary credentials is appreciated.
